getting started



New to CrossFit? Foundations is the place to start...  The foundations class consists of four one on one personal training sessions. It involves a movement assessment and basic movements are presented.  At the end of each class, there will be a short WOD or workout of the day.  The goal of the four one on one PT sessions is to get you familiar with each movement; the technique and cues.   If you have previous CrossFit experience you may be able to place out of the Foundations classes.  Coach approval is required to place out.


The private 1 on 1 sessions will be scheduled based on your availability and needs. We suggest coming to class ready to learn and try something new!  Crossfit is our passion and we are looking forward to helping you reach your fitness goals!  Schedule an appointment for a FREE Class today!
