Our classes offer a group environment, with support and encouragement. This program is designed around the goals of our athletes!   $150 a month -  1 year commitment

Axon Kids

We are ready to go full speed ahead with Axon Kids!  


The regular class format will follow the same as the introductory classes.   We will warm-up, cover 1-2 new skills, do a workout, and close with a game or relays.  My goal is to keep Axon kids moving, learning, and having FUN!   



Rates are $12 for 1 kid drop in $20 for 2 Kids. $28 for 3 kids drop in. $35 for 4 kids drop in. Please contact us if you have more than four children!



Classes are offered the first and third Saturday at 11 am. Ages 6 & up welcome.



Personal Training
Personal Training is one-on-one sessions with one of our professional coaches. Each session will have a workout designed to meet your goals. Personal Training can range from performance, mobility, or improve specific movements. Contact us and ask about an initial consultation to see what services we can provide to help you reach your goals. 


Rates are $65 per session. 


Individual Programming
Are you looking for a fitness program designed for you? Individual Programming may be the perfect option for you. We will create the most optimal program for each individual based on a variety of factors, to include: past experience working out, past/current injuries, short and long term goals, work/life schedule, and current fitness levels. The individual programming will include a workout program, feedback based on results, available skype calls, and nutrition/lifestyle changes that may need to occur for you to attain your goal(s).


Rates are $150 for 3 days a week and $180 for Unlimited.
